iCONECT is Partnering with Heureka to Offer Data Identification & Collection

With Heureka and iCONECT-XERA, users can take control of their electronic discovery data earlier in the workflow

Available immediately, legal service providers, law firms and corporations worldwide can use a combination of Heureka and iCONECT-XERA for end-to-end eDiscovery. By adding Heureka to the iCONECT-XERA workflow, organizations will be able to perform tasks from targeted inventory of enterprise documents (including identification, preservation, collection) to processing, culling and full-featured document review.

The intuitive nature of both platforms eliminates the need to hire forensics collection experts and makes it easy for administrators looking to minimize the cost and hassle of collecting electronic data. Features such as faceted search, data analyics, graphing and mass coding help with Early Case Analysis (ECA), to identify documents that require human review. Once segregated, iCONECT-XERA’s integrated processing module converts the files from raw data to document review in a 3-step wizard.

Clients are asking for self-help tools during the critical ECA stage where using traditional collection tools pose cost and ease-of-use problems.
