It was an insightful hour for many of the attendees. Scott Zimmerman, Manager of Automated Legal Solutions at Haynes & Boone, talked about how they use iCONECT-XERA's unique tools to answer the question, "How quickly can we get to the information we need?"
Ricoh's eDiscovery Solutions Architect, Virginia Addison, talked about the capabilities in iCONECT-XERA eDiscovery software that drove Ricoh's decision to host projects in our tool. Iram Arras, our Vice President, Product Strategy, provided color. He talked about why iCONECT developed each of the features they shared.
The Q&A session was interesting, because more than one attendee wanted to clarify the simplicity of the system. After seeing multi-media files playing in the system, one attendee asked, "I'm not sure I heard correctly; are there plug-ins or software to install?" It's tough for people who are accustomed to reviewing multi-media or CAD files in a separate workflow to believe how much easier this is in iCONECT-XERA.Mary Mack, the Executive Director of ACEDS, even commented on some of the unique capabilities. The webinar showed attendees how XERA solves problems that they didn't realize were solvable.
