Concierge service provides you, our client, support and coaching on projects. With this service, you have access to an iCONECT employee who will guide you through the setup of your project, and help determine the best workflow for your project.
Your concierge will take what you know about your client, eDiscovery and XERA to make your project a success - it doesn’t matter if it’s your first project or your most complicated one - your concierge will be right there with you.
